Yes, Kofresh Electrolyte can cause diarrhea as it is one of the side effects. Diarrhea is the passage of loose and watery stools, at least 3 to 4 times a day. There are several ways through which you can prevent or treat diarrhea. The most important point is to keep yourself hydrated. Diarrhea causes dehydration, thus, hydration is very critical. One must take plenty of fluids by drinking water, taking fruit juices, electrolyte solutions etc. In addition, one must take probiotic food or supplements. One should take light meals.

Yes, Kofresh Electrolyte is good for the skin. It plays multiple roles such as promotion of collagen formation, scavenging and disposal of free radicals such as those in environmental pollution and those that develop after an exposure to the ultraviolet radiations, decreases the synthesis of melanin (hence used for the treatment of hyperpigmentation in melasma and age spots), prevention of skin aging, dry skin and wrinkles. It also helps in wound healing and reduces the raised scar formation.
