Alps is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Bacterial Infections, Bronchitis are some of its major therapeutic uses. Secondary and off-label uses of Alps have also been mentioned below.

The correct dosage of Alps depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

Alps also has some side effects, the most common being Headache, Photosensitivity, Itching or burning. While these are the most often observed Alps side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Such side effects of Alps normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

Alps's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. It is important to know if Alps has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Alps related warnings section.

Alps is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Myasthenia Gravis (MG), Heart Disease are examples of such conditions. Other contraindications of Alps have been discussed in the sections ahead.
