Xenadom may cause moderate side effects during pregnancy. If you feel its harmful effects, then stop taking this drug immediately, and do not take Xenadom again without your doctor's advice.

Women who are breastfeeding can experience some moderate side effects of Xenadom. Immediately discontinue Xenadom if you observe any side effects. Contact your doctor, and restart using it only if your doctor considers it safe for you.

Interaction between Alcohol and Xenadom 250 Tablet
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Xenadom 250 Tablet with alcohol will be.
Xenadom contains naproxen (which is a pain-killer) that works by reversibly inhibiting enzymes (cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 also known as COX-1 and -2) which produces prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is presumed to be responsible for causing pain and inflammation in the body. Inhibition of these enzymes results in decreased synthesis of prostaglandins which provides relief to the patient from pain and inflammation caused by arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
Take Xenadom as advised by your doctor. However, long-term use is not recommended because this medicine contains naproxen which belongs to the class of drugs known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Use of Xenadom for a long time can be associated with gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding. Hence take this medicine as prescribed do not exceed unnecessarily.
