Is the use of Xenadom safe for pregnant women?
Xenadom may cause moderate side effects during pregnancy. If you feel its harmful effects, then stop taking this drug immediately, and do not take Xenadom again without your doctor's advice.
Is the use of Xenadom safe during breastfeeding?
Women who are breastfeeding can experience some moderate side effects of Xenadom. Immediately discontinue Xenadom if you observe any side effects. Contact your doctor, and restart using it only if your doctor considers it safe for you.
What is the effect of Xenadom on the Kidneys?
There can be some harmful effects on your kidneys after taking Xenadom. If you witness any side effects, discontinue its use. Consult your medical practitioner, do as he/she suggests.

Is this Xenadom habit forming or addictive?
No, there is no any evidence that Xenadom is addictive.
Interaction between Food and Xenadom
Taking Xenadom with food does not cause any problems.
Interaction between Alcohol and Xenadom
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Xenadom with alcohol will be.
Xenadom is a prescription drug, hence do not take it without consulting doctor. It can be harmful to the patients to take this medicine without a doctor's advice.
Xenadom can be taken 1-2 times in a day or as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with food or milk to avoid nausea and other stomach related problem. Precautions must be taken in patients with heart diseases, peptic ulcer, and improper liver or kidney function. You should strictly take this drug if prescribed only.
Rarely, Xenadom causes stomach cramps. It is a known side effect of this drug. If you experience severe stomach cramps after taking this drug then discuss it with your doctor immediately.
Rarely, Xenadom causes constipation. However, if you are experiencing severe constipation after taking this drug then inform your doctor and take precautionary methods such as eating fibrous foods avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation.
Take Xenadom as advised by your doctor. However, long-term use is not recommended because this medicine contains naproxen which belongs to the class of drugs known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Use of Xenadom for a long time can be associated with gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding. Hence take this medicine as prescribed do not exceed unnecessarily.
