Emeton Injection Information

Emeton Injection is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Injection. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Nausea and Vomiting.

No, Emeton is not found to be effective against motion sickness. It prevents vomiting due to chemotherapeutic drugs and radiation. Motion sickness is the disturbance of the inner ear caused by a lot of motion. It can be prevented by not taking too much food or too many drinks or alcohol just before the travel. One should also avoid food with very strong odours. One should avoid reading while traveling. One should also sit in the direction of the travel. One should sit in the front.
