Dakson M is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Bacterial Infections, Stomach Infection, Amebiasis. Other than this, Dakson M has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The optimal dosage of Dakson M is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

Dakson M also has some side effects, the most common being Nausea or vomiting, Headache. While these are the most often observed Dakson M side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. These side effects of Dakson M are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. Consult your doctor if these side effects become worse or stay for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Dakson M has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Severe effect on lactating mothers. In addition, Dakson M's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Dakson M related warnings section.

Dakson M is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Liver Disease, Heart Disease, Peripheral Neuropathy are examples of such conditions. Other contraindications of Dakson M have been discussed in the sections ahead.
