Axpas M is available as a tablet, capsule, syrup and an injection. An oral dosage form is taken a few times a day. It is important to take Axpas M at the same time every day so that one doesn't forget the dose. One can take Axpas M with or without food. Taking it with food may avoid stomach upset. One must follow the recommendations of a doctor while taking Axpas M. In some people, it might cause some side effects like dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, etc.

Yes, Axpas M causes constipation. Constipation can be prevented or managed by drinking more water, eating more fiber, exercising more, taking herbal laxatives, eating probiotic foods and supplements, eating magnesium and prunes and avoiding dairy.

Yes, Axpas M causes nausea and vomiting as side effects. Nausea and vomiting can be prevented and managed by trying deep breathing, trying wrist acupressure, being in well ventilated space, drinking more fluids, taking ginger, fennel or cloves, and trying aromatherapy.

No, Axpas M does not cause weight gain. Weight gain can be prevented or managed by eating a low carb, high protein diet, incorporating some sort of physical activity in the lifestyle like yoga, zumba, pilates, aerobics, etc., drinking plenty of water, ensuring that the bowel moment is clear, drinking green tea, trying intermittent fasting, cutting back on dairy, gluten and added sugar, taking probiotics, eating more fiber, lifting weights, and eating more vegetables and fruits.
