Yes, Imf can be taken with paracetamol. No harmful drug interaction has been reported between them. It is safe to take Imf along with paracetamol if it does not exceed the recommended dosage.
Yes, oral Imf may cause diarrhoea. It is a common side effect of this drug. To keep yourself well hydrated, drink plenty of fluids while you are taking this drug. If you are experiencing severe diarrhoea after taking this drug then discuss with your doctor immediately without any further delay.
The dosage of this drug may vary depending on the type of infection and severity of the infection. Usually, oral Imf is recommended to be taken once daily or as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without the food because food does not affect the absorption of this drug.
