Yes, Encorate Chrono may cause depression of the central nervous system and calms the brain.
Ideally, Encorate Chrono can be taken once or twice daily or advice by the doctor. It has to be taken with food to avoid the stomach upset. However, you are recommended to take it as per the doctor's instructions.
Avoid taking Encorate Chrono with paracetamol it may reduce the bioavailability of paracetamol by increasing the metabolism of paracetamol. Increasing the concentration of paracetamol in the blood which may cause liver damage. Please consult your doctor before taking these two medicines at the same time.
