Yes, C Sora is a steroid. It contains clobetasol which is a potent corticosteroid. It should not be confused with anabolic-androgenic steroids which are used by some bodybuilders without prescription to build muscle mass.
C Sora is used for the short-term treatment up to 2 weeks and if required then maximum up to 4 weeks. You are advised to use it as directed by your doctor. Do not use this medicine longer than prescribed by your doctor to avoid the unpleasant side effect.
Application of C Sora on the face must be avoided but if it has been advised by your doctor then you can use it only for a short-term period not more than 5 days because the skin on your face thins easily.

No, C Sora alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and C Sora is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence C Sora should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of C Sora and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.
