In this way Qumoxi is effective against a wide range of both gram negative and gram positive bacteria such as Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Moraxella catarrhalis.
