Zevo is not a pain-killer. It is an antibiotic that belongs to the class of drug called fluoroquinolone. It is used to treat various type of bacterial infection such as bronchitis, pneumonia, urinary, respiratory, skin, gastrointestinal, anthrax, and bone infection.
Zevo is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
