Zevo is not a pain-killer. It is an antibiotic that belongs to the class of drug called fluoroquinolone. It is used to treat various type of bacterial infection such as bronchitis, pneumonia, urinary, respiratory, skin, gastrointestinal, anthrax, and bone infection.
Zevo is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, active against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by inhibiting the bacterial cell division and stops the working of enzyme which is responsible for cell division. It is effective against a large number of bacteria, even those bacteria which are resistant to other drugs.
