Yes, Zengalin has been found to be effective against tingling and burning sensations in a leg, and spontaneous pain, associated with diabetic neuropathy.
The Zengalin is susceptible to breaking down in the presence of light and it also gets affected by the moisture. Therefore, it should be consumed as soon as the package is opened and must be protected from the light and moisture.
The general recommended an oral dose of the Zengalin is 1500 µg daily, divided into three doses. It is also available in other forms such as injectibles.
