No, taking Salbery-Ls and albuterol together should be avoided because both drugs belong to the same class of medicine (beta-2 adrenergic agonists). Taking these two drugs at the same time may increase the chances of facing many side effects such as insomnia, low potassium levels, increased heart rate, and blood pressure.
The effect of interaction between these two drugs is not clear because Benadryl (diphenhydramine) increased sedation while as Salbery-Ls decreased sedation. Hence, you are advised to discuss it with your doctor first before taking these two drugs together.

Salbery-Ls is a bronchodilator which causes widening of bronchial smooth muscles present in the lungs which get tightened causing a constriction. Salbery-Ls is a brand name of levosalbutamol (also known as levalbuterol) it is available in the form of tablet, syrup, respules, transpules, and inhaler. It belongs to the class of drugs known as beta-2-adrenergic agonists (bronchodilators).
