    How does Propysalic work?

Dr. Haleema Yezdani MBBS , General Physician

Propysalic contains clobetasol which is presumed to work by promoting the induction of inhibitory proteins (lipocortins) in the body. In this way Propysalic prevents the skin inflammation which provides relief to the patient from rash, itching, and redness.
