Interaction between Food and Pressmox P
You can take Pressmox P with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Pressmox P
Taking [medicine] and alcohol at the same time may lead to mild side effects. Contact your doctor right away if you observe any side effects.
Pressmox P should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote resistant bacteria which result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 3 - 7-day course even after getting symptomatic relief. In case you feel any discomfort such as breathing difficulties and skin reactions while taking this medicine please inform your doctor immediately.
Pressmox P does not help in preventing cold, because the common cold is a viral infection. However, the drug can be used in the treatment of cold, if it is associated with bacterial infection. You are recommended to consult your doctor for the best possible medicines to treat the common cold.
No, Pressmox P does not cause sleepiness. However, if you feel or experience sleepiness or drowsiness after taking this medicine, please inform your doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Rarely Pressmox P causes weight gain or loss. However, If you feel your weight is fluctuating after taking this medicine then inform to doctor right away and follow his/her instructions.
