Yes, Pregclear causes abdominal (stomach) pain but it occurs in only a few cases. It is a known side effect of this drug. If you experience abdominal (stomach) pain after taking this drug, consider taking a mild painkiller. Even if the pain does not subside or becomes more severe then in any circumstances do not self-medicate yourself further contact your doctor right away.

The dosage of Pregclear may vary from case to case and type of condition in which the drug is being given. You are advised to take Pregclear as prescribed by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with known inflammatory bowel disease, improper kidney function, coronary artery disease, and hypertension.

The chances of Pregclear to not work are very slim, however if the woman fails to abort within 24 hours after taking the first dose of Pregclear and if no significant side effects were observed when a second course of Pregclear can be given after 12 hours of the last dose of Pregclear.
