Yes, Misogest causes bleeding this occurs due to the expelling the tissues of the fetus from the uterus. But if you observe that the heavy bleeding is continuing for more than 2 hours or usage of a sanitary napkin is more than 2 pads every hour, then this situation warrants immediate hospitalization to recover from blood loss.
