Yes, you can take Peredom with aspirin. No drug-drug interaction has been reported between them. But you're recommended to consult your doctor before taking these two medications together.
If you are allergic to Peredom then do not take it. Inform your doctor immediately for alternative medicine.
You should take the minimum effective dose of Peredom that reduces body pain and fever. It should be used for the shortest time period till you get relief. Take it as per doctor's advice do not exceed dosage. Ideally, 1 or 2 tablets (500 mg) every four to six hours can be safely taken, do not take more than four doses in 24 hours. Please note paracetamol 500 mg tablet should not be given to children below 10 years until and unless prescribed by a child specialist.
Yes, you can use Peredom in a migraine. Paracetamol and other NSAIDs are used in treating migraine. However, there are other medicines available that are better for treating migraine than Peredom. Please consult a doctor to know about these alternative medicines.
