Onconase is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Injection. It is primarily used for the treatment of Blood Cancer.
The optimal dosage of Onconase is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.
Common side effects of Onconase include Rash, Nausea or vomiting, Increased Liver Enzymes. Such side effects of Onconase normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
Onconase's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. In addition, Onconase's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Onconase related warnings section.
