Yes, Menolon can bring on puberty. It is used in the treatment of the delayed puberty in adolescent boys between the age group of 14 -17 years which might be caused by low testosterone levels. Menolon helps in delayed puberty by restoring this hormonal balance.
No, Menolon does not cause infertility at prescribed doses. However, if Menolon is used in more than the recommended doses than it can suppress the formation of sperms by inhibition of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) which is released from the pituitary gland that can lead to a deficiency of sperms in semen (oligospermia). However, this effect is reversible and fertility is restored after discontinuation of Menolon.
No, Menolon does not cause fever. It has not been reported by the patients who are using Menolon. If you are experiencing fever after using this drug then take antipyretic medicine (drugs that reduce fever) such as paracetamol and take bed rest.
