Occasionally, Markime can cause drug-induced hemolytic anemia (abnormal Red blood cell breakdown). However, if your blood reports are showing abnormal hemolytic anemia after taking this drug please discuss with your doctor.

Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote bacterial resistance which results in a relapse of the infection.
