Kyfil (Carfilzomib) is a chemotherapy drug used primarily in the treatment of multiple myeloma, a type of cancer that affects plasma cells. Uses

Onset of Action- Kyfil starts to show its effects within hours after administration, but its therapeutic effects may take several weeks to become fully apparent, as it works gradually to inhibit proteasomal activity and induce apoptosis (cell death) in cancerous cells.

Duration of Action- The action of Kyfil lasts for several days, and it is typically administered once or twice a week, depending on the treatment plan. The drug’s effects may persist as the body continues to suppress the proliferation of cancer cells over time.
