Yes, Fam H2 cane cause dizziness. It is the common side effect of this drug but the exact cause of dizziness is unknown. However, if you experience excess dizziness after taking this drug then inform your doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Take Fam H2 1-2 times in a day or as advised by your doctor. It has to be taken 15 - 60 minute before the meal. Do not take more than 2 tablets in a day unless recommended by the doctor.
Fam H2 contain famotidine. It works blocking certain receptors in the stomach (H2 receptors) which prevents the excessive secretion of stomach acid from gastric parietal cells. Hence in this way, Fam H2 promotes healing of stomach ulcer and provides relief in acid reflux and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
