The most common side effects of Esserm are Breast Tenderness, Leg Cramps, Flu-like Symptoms. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Esserm as well, which are listed below. These side effects of Esserm are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

It is also important to note that Esserm has a Severe effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers.
