Yes, E Fix can be taken with paracetamol, no clinically significant interactions are seen between these two. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Please talk to your doctor before consuming these two medicines at the same time.
E Fix is a prescription drug so do not take it without consulting doctor. It can be harmful for people to take this medicine without a doctor's advice.
Avoid taking E Fix with azithromycin, because it can cause a heart-related problems. However, if you are experiencing any unwanted effects after consuming these two medicines at the same time then consult your doctor and follow his/her instruction.
Discontinuing E Fix in between may promote resistant to bacteria which result in relapse of infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief.
