Drei Enz is a brand name of buclizine. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the group of medicine called antihistamine (H1 receptor blocker). It is also known as an antiemetic and anti-vertigo agent. Drei Enz is mainly used in the management and treatment of nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness. It is also used in the management of vertigo. Also used for the Symptomatic treatment of various allergic conditions (rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and urticaria)

Drei Enz contains buclizine. It exerts its anti-emetic effect by binding to and blocking the muscarinic and histamine receptors in the vomiting center of the central nervous system (CNS). This prevents the activation of the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) and may reduce nausea and vomiting. The vomiting center possesses neurons which are rich in muscarinic cholinergic and histamine-containing synapses. Motion sickness principally involves the overstimulation of these pathways due to various sensory stimuli. Drei Enz blocks the histamine receptors in the brain (vomiting center) and thus reduce the activity of these pathways which is responsible for motion sickness. In this way Drei Enz provides relief to the patient from symptoms associated with motion sickness.
