Yes, Dioset can be taken with pantoprazole as there are no records of any drug interaction. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor which is used for treating acidity. Acidity can be managed by avoiding eating acidic and spicy foods, avoiding smoking, and avoiding sleep within 3 hours of taking meals.
Yes, Dioset can be taken for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea. Irritable bowel syndrome is a common gastrointestinal disorder affecting a lot of people. It causes gas, abdominal discomfort and changes in the bowel movement like diarrhea or constipation. The disease can be controlled by altering the diet and eating more of fibre and less of fats, alcohol, caffeine and spicy food. Increasing physical activity and reducing stress can also help greatly.
Dioset is available in form of tablet, syrup, and injection. It should be taken as per your doctor's instructions. Ideally, Dioset has to be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. The initial dose is usually taken half an hour before chemotherapy, 1 to 2 hours before radiation therapy and 1 hour before a surgery.
