Yes, Cura is safe to use, if taken prescribed quantity for the prescribed duration as directed by a doctor. However, few known side effects have been observed such as stomach upset, nausea. vomiting, and bleeding. Cura should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
