Creo is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet, Suspension. It is primarily used for the treatment of Ear Infection, Tonsillitis, Bronchitis. Creo also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Yes Creo is used to treat typhoid fever. It is second-line treatment for typhoid fever. If other antibiotics are resistant to salmonella typhi then this drug is found to be very effective to give symptomatic relief during typhoid.
Creo is a brand name for cefixime. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medication called cephalosporins. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, used for treating bacterial infections, such as bronchitis, gonorrhea, respiratory, ear, throat, and urinary tract infection.
Discontinuing Creo in between may promote resistant to bacteria which result in relapse of infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief.
