No, Check AT does not cause diabetes. It has not been reported to cause diabetes. However, Check AT might increase your blood sugar levels slightly, healthy people can tolerate it easily while diabetic patients might face some spike in blood sugar levels. Yes, Check AT can cause edema. It is the most common side effects of this drug. Usually swelling occurs in feet and ankle.
