If you suffer from any of these reactions, please inform your doctor immediately. He may ask you to discontinue using Biofer S.
Yes, Biofer S consumption may cause constipation. Constipation can be relieved by drinking a lot of water, eating lots of fiber, taking probiotics, exercising regularly or taking an over the counter laxative. Talk to your doctor for managing constipation, should you develop the same.
Biofer S is available in the form of a tablet, capsule, syrup, drop, suspension, and injection. It is to be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. One should take the dose at the same time every day to avoid missing or skipping it. Biofer S may cause nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramps. It is, therefore, important to take it with some food. Milk, calcium, and antacids should not be taken at the same time as that of Biofer S.
