The side effects typically associated with Astar P include Diarrhoea. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Astar P can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Such side effects of Astar P normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Furthermore, you should know that effect of Astar P is Moderate for pregnant women and Moderate for women who are breastfeeding. In addition, Astar P's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Astar P related warnings section.

Astar P can cause adverse effects in certain medical conditions. It is strongly recommended to avoid Astar P in conditions like Allergy, Heart Failure, Hepatic Encephalopathy. Some other conditions that can be affected by Astar P are listed in the contraindications section below.
