No, Aceroc P is not a muscle relaxant. It is a painkiller belongs to the class of medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Combination of Aceroc P and the muscle relaxant are also available in the market which used to enhance the pain-relieving capacity of this medicine.
