No, do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours as it can lead to very unpleasant side effects. This is a prescription drug which is not intended for regular daily use. Take this drug only 1-3 hours before sexual activity.

Yes Duraplus and sildenafil can be taken together. Fixed-dose combinations are also available in the market. Although Duraplus causes very small, yet clinically significant fall in blood pressure. If you experience the above symptom kindly do not force yourself to get up and lie down and take rest. Inform the doctor immediately if you get no relief even after resting for a while.

Precautions must be taken in patients with mood disorders and impaired liver or kidney function. Do not drive any vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine as it can cause drowsiness. Do not take this drug if you are below 18 years or more than 64 years because it can be harmful.
