However, another group of antihistamine drug which causes drowsiness and sleepiness like chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine etc. should not be taken together unless and until recommended by your doctor.
Yes, Actifed Plus can be taken with a multivitamin. No harmful interactions found between them. However, this is not necessarily mean no interaction exists. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking these two medicines at the same time.
Actifed Plus is primarily not used to treat a common cold and sore throat. It can only relieve cold-related symptoms such as a fever, headache, earache, and aching joints. It doesn't help in relieving cough or stuffy nose.
