Yes, Escada causes withdrawal symptoms when the drug is suddenly discontinued after long-term treatment. These withdrawal symptoms can include seizures, dysphoria (unease or dissatisfaction), vomiting, sweating, uncontrollable shaking of a part of your body, stomach or muscle cramps, anxiety, or difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
For treatment of anxiety Escada is usually given upto 8 weeks and for the treatment of depression, the duration of treatment may vary depending upon the severity of depression. Take Escada as advised by your doctor. Do not discontinue the drug suddenly or take it longer than prescribed by your doctor to avoid unpleasant side effects.
