Rarely Xpom can cause neurotoxicity. It is a reversible side effect of this drug, the symptoms caused due to drug-induced neurotoxicity often disappear after this drug is stopped. Yes, Xpom can cause diarrhea by disturbing bacterial flora of gut. It is a common side effect of this drug. However, if you are experiencing severe diarrhea after consuming this medicine inform the doctor immediately and check if you can discontinue the medicine. Try keeping yourself hydrated, drink plenty of fluids and take ample rest.
