Yes, Alceff causes nausea and vomiting in a few cases only. It is a rare side effect of this drug. For relief from nausea and vomiting, you are advised to take lime water, avoid eating spicy food even if it persists or becomes severe then discuss with your doctor.
Yes Alceff can be taken with diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine does not appear to interfere with the efficacy of Alceff. Hence, it is alright to take them together. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
The dosage of Alceff may vary from case to case as it depends on the type of infection and severity of the infection. You are recommended to take this drug as per your doctor's instructions.
