Gastropan, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Acidity, GERD, Peptic Ulcer. Secondary and off-label uses of Gastropan have also been mentioned below.

The optimal dosage of Gastropan is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Gastropan can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Usually, these side effects of Gastropan go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
