Carbasma Information

Carbasma contains doxofylline which is a bronchodilator. It works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme that causes smooth muscle relaxation. This results in breathing easily during COPD and bronchial asthma. It has also an anti-inflammatory activity which exerts by reducing pleurisy (inflammation of pleura of lungs) induced by the inflammatory mediator. Hence in this way, Carbasma provides relief to the patients from bronchospasm and breathing trouble in respiratory disorders.
