Interaction between Food and Zeof

Interaction between Alcohol and Zeof
Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol while taking Zeof as it can have severe side effects.
Zeof can be taken with doxycycline. No drug-drug interactions are reported between them. Doxycyclin also does not affect the absorption of this drug. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction could exist. Please consult your doctor, if you feel any complication after consuming these two medicines at the same time.
Zeof is a prescription drug, hence do not take Zeof without consulting doctor. It can be harmful to patients to take this medicine without a doctor's advice.
Zeof should be taken with a meal. Drink plenty of fluids while you are taking this medicine. Drinking extra water will help prevent some unwanted effects of this medicine. Do not take this medicine along with milk, yogurt, or other dairy products, it may reduce the absorption of a drug. Take it exactly as directed by the physician.
Take Zeof if your doctor has prescribed it to you. However, keep a close check on blood sugar levels as metformin is known to cause hypoglycemia( sudden dip in blood sugar levels). In case you are experiencing severe hypoglycemia, please inform your doctor immediately.
