Ofex is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Ear Infection, Bacterial Infections. Other than this, Ofex has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The optimal dosage of Ofex is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Ofex as well, which are listed below. Normally, these side effects of Ofex are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. Consult your doctor if these side effects become worse or stay for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Ofex has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers. In addition, Ofex's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Ofex related warnings section.

Ofex is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Atrial Fibrillation, Heart Failure, Myasthenia Gravis (MG) as it can result in adverse effects. Other conditions have been mentioned below in the Ofex contraindications section.
