Interaction between Alcohol and Pole Dp
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Pole Dp with alcohol will be.
No, Pole DP does not cause high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). It has not been reported by the patients who are taking it. You are advised to monitor your blood sugar level on daily basis. If you notice high blood sugar levels after taking this drug, then discuss it with your doctor who might change the dosage of your current medications.
No, Pole DP should not be discontinued without doctors advice. You are recommended to always consult a doctor before discontinuing this medicine.
Pole DP is a prescription drug, hence do not take it without consulting doctor. It can be harmful for patients to take this medicine without a doctor's advice.
Ideally, Pole DP should be taken by mouth once daily but it can be taken twice in some cases depending on the severity of symptoms or as advised by your doctor.
