Yes, Nitrobact can prevent and treat kidney infection. Nitrobact contain nitrofurantoin which is effective against the bacteria which causes kidney infection hence this drug is used to treat kidney infection.
Nitrobact contain nitrofurantoin. It works by inhibiting DNA, RNA, protein, and cell wall synthesis. This inhibition in the synthesis of these vital components results in the death of bacteria which is responsible for the infection. Hence in this way, Nitrobact treats the urinary tract infection.
Yes Nitrobact can cause diarrhoea. It is a common side effect of this drug. This condition arises due to an imbalance in the gut flora. Generally, most of the antibiotics kill colonies of "good" as well as "bad bacteria" resulting in the imbalance of microbes causing diarrhoea. You are recommended to avoid heavy and spicy meals along with the intake of this medicine. Also, keep yourself hydrated and take ample rest in case of mild diarrhoea. If you have severe diarrhoea consult with your doctor instantly he/she will prescribe you medicines to stop stool output. After you have completely recovered from diarrhoea you can choose to have a "probiotic" to ensure the re-growth of good bacteria in your gut.
