Metrocline is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Capsule. It is primarily used for the treatment of Bacterial Infections, Stomach Infection, Amebiasis. Metrocline also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Metrocline. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Metrocline also has some side effects, the most common being Nausea or vomiting, Headache, Diarrhoea. While these are the most often observed Metrocline side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Normally, these side effects of Metrocline are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Metrocline's effect during pregnancy is Severe and Severe while nursing. In addition, Metrocline's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Metrocline related warnings section.

Metrocline is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Liver Disease, Heart Disease, Peripheral Neuropathy are examples of such conditions. Other conditions have been mentioned below in the Metrocline contraindications section.
