Ivanode is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Heart Failure. Secondary and off-label uses of Ivanode have also been mentioned below.
Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Ivanode. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.
The side effects typically associated with Ivanode include Blurred vision, Dizziness, Irregular heartbeat. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Ivanode can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Normally, these side effects of Ivanode are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.
Ivanode's effect during pregnancy is Severe and Unknown while nursing. In addition, Ivanode's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Ivanode related warnings section.
Ivanode is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Heart Failure, Bradycardia (Slow Heart Rate), Arrhythmia as it can result in adverse effects. The section on Ivanode contraindications lists all such conditions.
