Yes, Zocin is safe to use, if taken in the prescribed amount and duration as advised by the doctor. However, certain side effects have been associated with this drug such as stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, headache, difficulty in breathing, and constipation.
Zocin can be taken with doxycycline. No drug-drug interactions are reported between them. Doxycyclin also does not affect the absorption of this drug.
