Ulkus is a brand name of pantoprazole. It is a prescription medicine that belongs to the class of drug called proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It is mainly used for the short-term treatment of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GRED), Zollinger Ellison syndrome and other acidity related stomach problems. It is also used for the treatment of duodenal ulcer and heartburn.
